Narendra Modi tweets about Chandrayaan-2 landing

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has tweeted about the Chandrayaan-2 landing. “The moment 130 crore Indians were enthusiastically waiting for is here!” PM Modi said in his tweet, adding that he will witness the “the extraordinary moment in the history of India’s space programme” from the Isro headquaters in Bengaluru.

The prime minister also urged people to share photos of themsevels watching the Chandrayaan-2, saying he will re-tweet some of the photos.

The moment 130 crore Indians were enthusiastically waiting for is here! 

In a few hours from now, the final descent of Chandrayaan – 2 will take place on the Lunar South Pole. 

India, and the rest of the world will yet again see the exemplary prowess of our space scientists.
